Q; How long does it take to get the pictures back?

A: 10-15 business days after picture day. Sometimes sooner depending on volume. Rush

service is available.

Q: Why should I download my photo?

A: Owning a file is like owning the negative (remember those?) The image file is

a jpeg which is the exact file taken off the camera. With this file you can

email it to friends, put it on a CD, print at any photo lab.

This can save you a great amount of money on reorders.

Q: How long do you hold on to files?

A: After a year of storage all picture files are deleted from the archives, except the ones used

in our portfolio.

Q: How do I customize my package?

A: It's very simple;

-- Just take out any piece and deduct $5 from the price for each piece. You're welcome to take out up to three to four pieces, depending on the package.

-- So 1 piece ($5) will bring a $39 package down to $34. 2 pieces ($10) would bring it down to $29. Or 3 ($15) will reduce the price to a humble $24. The benefit is that you get exactly what you want and nothing more.
